Individual Therapy
Make your mental health a priority.
In individual therapy work, I focus on prioritizing client’s mental health in a way that allows me walk side by side as a skilled and trusted mentor to help folks embrace the wild, beautiful, and adventurous side of life. I try to avoid advice giving when possible and instead help to support folks in discovering their own true intentions and belief systems so that they can be more confident about their own decisions.
I work with clients to navigate and understand the connections between their past and present, along with understanding how their behavior, emotions, and thoughts are interconnected. I help to explore client’s unconscious bias’ and how it may impact their world view, mental health, and life circumstances in negative and/or positive ways.
My goals for individual therapy include supporting folks upholding their own needs, make and hold clear boundaries, explore their own ego, understand the importance of purpose, and build and/or maintain self respect, confidence, and authenticity.
